FREE SEO analysis – I love FREE things. There is nothing better than something that is FREE. One thing that I have found many places on the internet is a FREE SEO tools analysis. This is very beneficial when you are looking for a cheap way to see how you search engine optimization is going. I have learned a lot from my FREE analysis:
When setting a goal, it has been said that it is best to aim higher than your actual expectations. That way the goal will most likely be achieved. The Same principle applies to any business endeavor. It also applies when it comes to a website and its ranking.
May I suggest that starting on the planning stage, the needs and the likes of the targeted market must be met? After determining your target market, learn as many things as you can about them. You might want to ask them personally through interviews and surveys, but conducting researches using the internet has proven to be more effective. Knowing about things regarding your market will give you the edge as you plan your business and how to improve your craft.
As you start planning, bear in mind and heart that your targeted market is looking for information that will inform them properly of the nature of your business. They are usually searching for something and your website should be able to deliver answers and information regarding your business and how it can be beneficial to them. Make sure that your title and site content speaks of a common subject and will satisfy the customers. Good site content is one that is regularly upgraded, has useful information and even interesting, fun and entertaining to read.
Do not ever think of trying others tactics just so the site will rank better. Just love what you are doing and learn as much as possible from the experts and successful ones.
Using Free SEO tools to Optimize Your Website
SEO is not as hard as many would have you believe, and the rewards are immense. SEO is simple and hence it is not a rocket science. However, doing SEO is not easy, and though the SEO techniques are obvious, applying the right technique to the right site at the right time is the key.
Of course one of the best things is when you are able to find tools that will help you optimize your website for free, more on that in a bit.
SEO is often thought to be just a set of some technical tricks, and as a professional SEO, I confess to spending a lot of time with clients fixing technical issues. A site’s structure though is just as important. SEO is a mix of science and art. Keeping up with changing technologies and search engine industry consolidation is part of the picture, but only part. SEO is no longer just based on text analysis. In the age of universal search, the SEO-based brand promotion has to include the way images, videos and text are added to the site to ensure visibility and relevance to key search terms used by consumers.
One of the most important steps when planning your website is to make sure that you spend adequate time doing keyword research. There are literally millions of pages out there on the internet, and no good will come of you creating a page that is already very similar to something that already exists. Keyword research consists of finding holes in the market where there is an opportunity: a fair amount of people searching for a term where there are not a lot of websites out there already covering it.

Free SEO Tips to Generate Leads and Traffic – What Industry Leaders Don’t Even Know!
The best thing about starting your own home based business is the cost. They are cheap, easy to maintain and it doesn’t take your whole life savings to start. A lot of entrepreneurs kick the can when they start, don’t know what to do, don’t bother to learn and in return, fail in 90 days. Or you can be like the other half who put nothing but money into their opportunity and see no results, say this isn’t working, and quit. With Google’s ever-changing system it is tough to keep on top of the search engines, until today.
What happens if I have no experience?
I couldn’t even think of what SEO meant until I researched and learned. Three easy SEO steps that will give you the free traffic, generate leads that you can monetize on, no one needs experience.
1) Articles – Why do industry leaders always make the top dollar month after month? They have branded themselves to show themselves as leaders, they have released articles, videos, everything pertaining to their opportunity and how you can find success within it. Brand yourself as a top professional and release articles weekly, daily if you can. Article’s give you free placing on search engines and it will create backlinks links you need to start increasing your page rank with Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Free article releasing is the #1 way to get free traffic to your site and brand yourself as a professional.
2) Keyword Rich Content – No one wants to know how you think you are better than everyone else. Write a relevant article pertaining to your niche market. Use those keywords that you have researched that will generate you the specific traffic you are looking for. Use your title in your content, if you are writing about weight loss, use weight loss in your content and title, its that’s easy. It will bring the potential sponsor to your article and then in turn to your website. If they are looking for weight loss, they want a catchy title that involves weight loss. Remember, you only have the first 3-4 words of your title to bring the reader in.
3) Keep it interesting - You don’t need to write a 5-page article on why you think the sky is blue. Keep the readers intrigued with your content, keep it short and get to the point you need. No one will want to read your essay, everyone will want to read your short article on a quick and easy method to do something in their market.
Have your plan and set it into action. Release 4 articles a week if you can, more backlinks you are able to get, higher of a page rank you will receive. Never buy leads and traffic again. Never submit your site to a page-rank damaging directory.

Developing a Good Off Page SEO Plan

Okay then, the very first thing you need to do is to get on every social networking site possible. Network and send messages to people about life and about your business. Link and get traffic. The next most influential thing you can do is to blog. Make sure you include helpful content.
More ideas include joining forums that relate to your field and actively participate in them. Put your website link in your signature too. That is part of your off-page SEO plan. It gives you backlinks which help your site appear more credible to the search engines. A very simple, but often overlooked, part of marketing your website includes submitting your website to search engines. Go to the big guys.
Article directory submission is one that many people are still effectively using today. Most are free, so submit away! Social bookmarking is another one. This is a much newer service, but it is a great combination of social networking with bookmarking and rankings. Link exchange is always a good way to get your site out there.
Link baiting is another important part of a good off page SEO plan. Do it for others, and let them do it for you. Share photos too! You can post them on sites like Flickr, Photo bucket, and Picasa. Video promotions are a great way to get viral working in your favor. Get some expert opinions or other valuable information. Let it spread. Press releases are another helpful part of SEO. Get that out there too, and you will find that when people search for your service or product, they can find your press release too. Some other potential sources of good SEO placement include internet classifieds, answers websites, yellow pages, local listings, business reviews, and document sharing.
When it comes to developing a good off page SEO plan, the important thing is to get your website’s URL out there and do it in a good, helpful way for people. These things will help grow your business.
I have covered a number of ways to begin your off page SEO in this article but there are many more things you can do to increase your traffic to your website and improve your overall Search Engine Ranking Position
Implementing a Good SEO Plan
You have probably read about the types of things that you need to do when you want to start optimizing your website. Reading up about good SEO tactics can make it seem like a breeze, but when you consider your 10, or 20, or even 100 pages of text and code that you need to optimize the task takes on a daunting new light. It is understandable that it can be a difficult task to figure out where to start your search engine optimization in your site when there is so much that needs to be done. Just like any other project, the place to start is with a good plan that is staggered based on priority.
How To Prioritize Your Web Site
When you have been running a store for a little while, it becomes obvious where the highest traffic is, and thus where to put your most compelling items. The same principals can be applied to a website as well. Even if you do not have existing data on the traffic trends that your visitors follow, you can use a tool (like Google Analytics) to get free information on things like bounce rates and how your visitors navigate your site. What’s most important, it tells you what pages get the most traffic.
If you are new to the whole scene and don’t have enough traffic to track, there are always obvious hot spots. If you were visiting your site, you would likely land on the home page first. The blog for your site will be another traffic magnet with the right tweaking. Category pages, where you profile features of products in that category, maybe somewhere you’d like to focus as well. Try to make a list that is based on the most important pages on your site; this can be due to existing user data, or perceived page potential. Either way, you will likely end up changing the order in the next quarter.
Make a Checklist
Okay, you have a list of the pages on your site, based on their importance and SEO potential. Here is the 600-pound gorilla sitting on your desk waiting to devour you before you even start. The biggest cause of search engine optimization bail-out is fear. Believe me, I know that when you first look at that list of pages it seems as though you can never get it all done. Sometimes I still feel that way, but then I remember that I made the list so that I can prioritize and set realistic goals. Before moving forward, I have to know what the actual needs are, though.
You will want to create a checklist or worksheet for yourself. The worksheet will detail all of the individual checks that you want to walk through for every page in your plan. These will be details that will either pass the review, or that will need to be updated and optimized. It may have items on it like review title tags, review current keywords, check for broken links. Whatever the items are that you need to include in your SEO plan should be included, as well as a date column for when it was performed last, and another column for when you will follow-up. Since optimization is an ongoing battle, you will need to keep track of when to revisit pages to keep them fresh, relevant, and optimized.
Keep Your Goals Realistic
Now that you have your to-do list, which is not becoming any more enticing, you need to break it down into bite-sized pieces. If you don’t prioritize your site and make a series of attainable goals, then you will never know if you are being effective. SEO is an ongoing thing, so you need to be able to keep track of what needs to be done, when, and where. Ultimately, we are looking to focus the energy and time on the high priority pages while still ensuring that each page receives a checkup about every quarter.
When implementing your first optimization plan, you won’t see an accurate picture of what you have accomplished for around three to six months. After that period, you will be able to identify which pages need the most attention and what pages get the most attention. Even if you have 75 pages on your site, you can optimize them all once per quarter if you average around 1 page per day. Obviously, if you are an individual site owner you will likely be starting with a smaller site and less of an optimization load. Keeping your content fresh, your keywords effective, your links active, and your tags updated will keep your rank up. If you keep your goals realistic, your maintenance SEO plan will naturally fall into place with the rest of your business maintenance tasks.
Follow Up and Follow Through
When you have organized your SEO plan for implementation, and a maintenance schedule, you have to be sure to keep your own plan alive. There will probably be adjustments that you will make to the plan every time that you review it, but that is part of having a living optimization plan. If you allow your plan to fall to the wayside and let your site grow stagnant, your traffic will soon follow. Just as you can see results as quickly as in a single quarter when you tweak your pages for optimization, you can see your traffic slowing significantly as your site loses its freshness.
If you feel that your plan is too much, then you need to re-assess how you are implementing it. Are there too many details? Are you being realistic with your goals? Do you have the proper tools and know-how? The only person who can keep your site at the top of the search results is you, and you can only do that with the proper site maintenance and optimization schedule. Work within your means, but keep working. When you stop working, so do all of the efforts that you’ve put into optimizing your site.
